Enabling efficient, effective and affordable airlift capability

DefenceIQ’s 9th Annual Military Airlift event will draw together in London our most senior and comprehensive speaker panel to date. Subjects under discussion range from familiar Airlift challenges to the bleeding edge of technological advances in Electronic Warfare Systems, avionics, night vision and precision airdrop.

High level briefings from major national and multinational airlift organisations will provide key information on airlift and air to air refuelling operations, the acquisition requirements that they entail and the perfect networking environment.

New areas of focus this year will include preparations for the projected withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2014.

Military Airlift 2012 will:

The EATC's vision of multinational military airlift operations in Europe
Defence IQ talks to Brigadier General Alain Rouceau, Chief of Staff/Deputy Commander, European Air Transport Command about the EATC's role in military airlift operations and the challenges that have to be overcome in any multinational organisational structure.
